Visited this lovely family run business looking for a first time car for my nephew. Fabulous relaxed and pressure free experience throughout. Both Julian and James gave us good honest feedback on the cars that we viewed without making us feel obligated or swayed in any way. The chosen car picked up a minor fault and there was absolutely no hesitation in them correcting this within 24hrs. just to say what a pleasure to do business with roberts cars. from the start with racheal being so helpful in finding a car for my daughter, then at the purchase julian was very helpful with my daughter sorting out tax and log book etc on line. after a few days of driving her new car it developed a throttle fault that couldnt have been foreseen and i phoned julian and found the after sales service brilliant. once i told him the problem, with no quibble he immediately gave me the choice of bringing in to him which was a distance of about 5 miles or if i had a local garage to book it in to them and get them to bill him. i have just dropped off invoice to him and he promptly paid the bill by bank transfer. i couldnt ask for more thank you julian and team
