We brought a Renault Twingo from this dealership and never had any problems. A few weeks after we brought the car we went on a road trip from North wales to the Netherlands with absolutely no issues. Can’t fault the service of this dealership either, very friendly and not ‘pushy’ to buy the car at all. We came back to this dealership to buy another car, but were unfortunately unable to get there to look at the car on the day and had changed our minds on that specific car, we were given a refund of the deposit we put down straight away ( which was very kind as we were at fault for changing our minds after putting down a deposit). Can’t fault the place, would definitely buy from here again and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest dealership.

After showing me several cars I decided to go away and think. No pressure to make a decision there and then. I later decided to purchase one of the cars and from start to finish I’ve had an excellent experience. Really happy with the car, I would definitely recommend Roberts Cars to others.
So, I have left this review after nearly 6 years! I purchased an Alfa Romeo Giulietta jtdm 2.0 in July 2019. The price was fair, I insisted on timing belt change before purchase, it was done and ready on collection. Perfect. I've had no real issues with this car so didn't need to contact the guys again after purchase. Leaving this today because I've just sold the car. Numerous issues now but it's been great for more than 5 years so well worth the price paid. Recommended.
Purchased a car here last month. Very professional no pressure sales experience. Minor issue arose (sensor) within the 30 day warranty period which was very promptly and efficiently dealt with by Julian and Dee Auto’s in Buckley and it was back on the road within 24 hours (from dropping it off one evening to collecting it the following evening). VERY impressed.

Just bought a 17 year old Saab, only 38000 miles and in very good condition. At no time did I feel pressurised to purchase. Mr Roberts answered all my questions, with patience ( I had a lot of questions). I went out for a test drive on my own. Mr Roberts did a couple of small repairs, which I'd noticed prior to purchase and changed a broken number plate. After I got the car home I found 3 mechanical problems. No quibbling I was asked to drop the car off at a garage in Prestatyn and everything was put right under the 30 day warranty. Exceptional service throughout.
I have today purchased a Honda Jazz low mileage excellent condition from Julian, the owner at Roberts Cars. Julian has been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He's not a pushy salesman, just an honest guy who knows his stuff. He has also helped me to transfer my private number plate onto my new car and sorted out the road tax too. It can be stressful changing cars but not when you go to Roberts Cars. They try to help as much as possible and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I wanted a small economical diesel for myself as I have been doing more miles recently in my main car. I ended up going for a diesel polo which was very well priced and in great condition. Brought my car from here , went up to view had a look around it gave them a call told them what I wanted to make the deal and agreed on price then dealer told me the day it would be ready for collection would confirm 24 hours before and went up and collected. Wife loves the car already. Very hassle free purchase.
